Identification of prospective commercial partners/purchasers as well as the preparation of professional marketing material relating to the IP and/or product.
The second tier encompasses everything previously mentioned from the first tier, but with the addition of a full marketing campaign performed by us on your behalf including, but not limited to initial outreach, reporting on IP and/or product interest, and communication/negotiation of terms.
Exclusive consignment/contingency-type of arrangement, invoked only upon the full completion of IP transfer negotiations and contract signage. From this, our team receives a 33% portion of the agreed upon monetary amount, whether that be in the form of a lump sum or royalties throughout the life of the IP and/or product.
